I don't know where I should begin to complain about this establishment. They failed in every category. The service was aweful! It took over an hour to get my soup. I took one spoon full of the chicken soup and immediately spat it out. It was pretty much cold. The beef roll was old, frozen and re-heated and tasted like moth balls. The philly steak sandwich was by far the most disgusting sandwich I could even imagine. It was chewy and tough. The bread was not fresh and smelled freezer burned. I tried my best, but I just couldn't get through even half the "sandwich." The one positive comment I have is about the carrot cake. It was delicious. I suspect it's not made in-house. To sum it all up I paid about $200 for four people and none of us were happy. |

One of the worst dinning experience my family has ever had
So I popped in with my family to grab some quick lunch, What a mistake. After 15 min. of waiting we place our drink and meal orders. Shortly thereafter. Our soft drinks were served. And then we wait, and wait, and still wait some more.
We sat there for a good 45 min.s and still no food. As any parent knows. Amusing two hungry, restless children is a chore. And still we wait. After about and hour and a half. I get fed up. I walked up to my service person. To cancel our order. They presented me with my bill for the soft drinks…
Never have I been so disregarded by an establishment.
I took my children to a deli in Kensington and was treated like a king.
Go figure,
Never again will I subject myself to such poor customer service. |

it is always refreshing to go to a new restaurant in Toronto and have it be so good. The beer battered onion rings were fantastic as well as all the other food.

Beautiful restaurant, best ribs I've had in a while! Very pleasant experience all around, I would highly recommend it. It's a great place to go celebrate a special occasion. They have a very broad menu, with everything available. Make sure to order the Beer-Battered Onion Rings, (you'll thank me for that). The food and service are excellent and the portions generous. The staff is polite and efficient, and the ambiance is beautiful. Check it out for yourselves, you'll be pleasantly surprised. |
