Review
I went in at about 7:30 PM for some desserts, and was shown to a table for 6 (there were 2 of us). The waiter gave us a menu. We asked if this was their dessert menu. He responded:
"You're only ordering desserts? You'll have to go sit in the back, we're serving dinner now."
We walked out. This is not the first time I've experienced down-right rudeness here. It's not like someone was waiting for the table. Someone else posted that they're nice to you if they know you. The opposite should be true - they've now permanently lost me, and anyone who asks me, from ever eating there again.
The food might taste good (if they get around to serving it while it's still hot), but if you treat your customers badly, they won't come back. |

Review
I love the food at Omni. The wrap and pizza this time were both fantastic. The food is always great. However, I slowly am considering not coming here anymore unless I have a day off (like yesterday). You need all the time in the world to get your food and sometimes I don't have that time. I hope they can turn the service around, because the food is awesome! |

bagel and cream cheese |
 |
Review
Seriously, they have some of the worst service of any restaurant I have ever been to. It shouldn't take 13 minutes to get a bagel and cream cheese. The place wasn't even busy. I must be invisible because I was standing there and waiting to make my order. I thought they were looking at me but they must have seen right through me. I got no help for 8 minutes. The food is great but I am starting to think it is not worth the hassle. |

great breakfast - two eggs, fries, some salad and a coffee all for under 6 bucks - cant get any better than that. except when you are interrupted by your entire shul's congregation that also eats there. |

amazing soup, pasta, fish and cheesecake!! |
 |
Review
This restaurant has the best food in the city! I used to only go for lunch, but we recently tried it for dinner and were amazed!! There is a completely separate dinner menu, with all types of appetizers, fish dinners, pastas. There is also a dinner special that includes soup/salad, fish and dessert for a very reasonable price (generally around $25). The whole ambiance is really special; cloth tableclothes and napkins, nice music and lighting and good service. Fabulous evening out.
I find that the cleanliness and decor can't be compared to anywhere in the city and the large, beautifully presented portions second to none!
(Service at lunch hour is a bit slow, but worth it for the warm welcome and delicious food.) |

The portabello soup is SO good, especially on a cold day. However, you could die waiting for your meal. the service is horribly slow. I once waited over 45 min. for a wrap. and running in for a coffee will take you 20 min. They food is always nicely presented and made well. they have a great strawberry salad dressing. worth it for the food but if you are on a schedule don't go!
Also- they have an all you can eat buffet on Sat. nights in the winter (it's usually packed) |
