NotJustGefilte.com was inspired because of a bad food experience on a trip to Las Vegas. With five kosher restaurants to choose from and only three days of vacation I needed to choose the best possible restaurants. Needless to say, after spending over $100 on two entrees that ended up in the trash, I decided it was time to create a fun and easy to use website that would let me make knowledgeable decisions about the kosher food I choose to eat.
Now go have some good gefilte fun and explore the site. Tell our users about your favorite matza ball soup or find a new place you never knew existed. I will be looking for the best babka, tzimiss and of course, Gefilte Fish.
